Job description
Optum is hiring a Full-Time Home Health Occupational Therapist to cover Stamford, Greenwich, Norwalk & Wilton, CT. This role requires evaluating functional status, ADLs, and home safety, while coordinating with a care team to develop plans of care. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
You’ll work within CMS guidelines, document thoroughly, and manage multiple tasks in diverse home settings. Excellent communication and independent work are essential.
