Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Oregon is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home-based care team in Baker City. This role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, evaluation, and skilled therapy services for residents in senior living communities, with limited travel.
