Job description
Central Missouri Home Health, part of LHC Group and a member of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Physical Therapist in Home Health to perform assessments and evaluations of patient care needs related to functional status, mobility, endurance, and pain, then develop a treatment plan and deliver interventions.
