Job description
UnitedHealth Group seeks a Physical Therapist for Home Health to evaluate patient needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions that improve mobility and comfort in a home setting.
You will document progress, collaborate with nurses and physicians, and ensure compliance with state guidelines. A valid PT license in the state of practice and a driver’s license are required; CPR certification is preferred.
