Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength and independence in their homes. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will deliver personalized care focused on functional improvement and collaborate with a care team.
This full-time role includes a $10K sign-on bonus and a pay range of $93,000 to $128,000 per year, with 40 hours per week and driving requirements.
