Job description
UnitedHealth Group, via Capital Region Home Health, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for home health care. You will assess functional status, develop therapy plans, and implement interventions to improve patients’ well-being in their homes.
Full-time roles include a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements include current PT licensure, CPR certification, a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle (or access to public transport). Experience with home health is preferred.
