Job description
UnitedHealth Group's DFW Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess patient needs in home health settings, develop and implement plans of care, and monitor progress. You will work within state guidelines, coordinate with the care team, and ensure patient well-being through therapeutic interventions.
Qualifications include active PT licensure, a valid driver’s license, and CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
