Job description
Moses Lake Assured Home Health, part of LHC Group and a member of the Optum family, is hiring a Physical Therapist to perform assessments, develop plans of care, and implement interventions in home health across Washington.
You will evaluate functional status, determine treatment plans, and work with the care team to improve mobility and relieve pain while documenting progress and ensuring compliance with state practice standards.
