Job description
PruittHealth @ Home in Florence, South Carolina, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for Home Health Services. This full-time role features a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a new pay-per-point model that rewards higher effort visits. You will evaluate, treat, and coordinate care directly in patients’ homes under physician referrals.
Must hold a valid state license and graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Foreign-trained applicants require credentials evaluation for US equivalence.
