Job description
Amedisys is seeking a licensed physical therapist for a temporary 13-week home health assignment. The role emphasizes evaluating patients, implementing therapy plans, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with $90.00 per hour compensation.
Requires at least 1 year of home health PT experience, an active state license, and CPR certification. PRN only position with focus on patient outcomes and quality of care.
