Job description
UnitedHealth Group, through Elite Home Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess and plan care for home health patients. You will evaluate functional status, mobility, endurance, and pain, developing and implementing plans to improve wellbeing in coordination with a care team.
The role includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus for external full-time hires, a pay structure combining per-visit and hourly compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
