Job description
Heartland Home Health is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to deliver skilled therapy to patients in West Branch, MI, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes mobility, strength, balance, and safe home exercise programs.
You will work Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with a competitive benefits package, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. A Michigan PT license and CPR are required.
