Job description

UnitedHealth Group, via Geisinger Home Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform home health assessments and develop/execute PT plans of care to improve patients' mobility and well-being across designated local counties. You will work in coordination with a care team and document progress for each visit.

Roles include visiting patients, evaluating progress, and reporting outcomes while earning a competitive total cash package with a sign-on bonus for full-time external candidates.
