Job description
UnitedHealth Group in Illinois is seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health to assess patients’ functional status, mobility, endurance, pain and overall needs. You will evaluate findings to determine an effective treatment plan aimed at improving independence.
You will implement interventions, document progress, and collaborate with the health care team to monitor outcomes. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for external candidates.
