Job description
UnitedHealth Group's Assured Home Health in Washington state is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to assess patient needs, develop and implement a therapy plan, and coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians in the home setting. In this full-time role you will evaluate functional status, design interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain, and document outcomes.
