Job description
UnitedHealth Group, part of IL Home Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our home health team. You will assess patient needs, develop a treatment plan, perform interventions to improve mobility and function, and evaluate progress in a home setting.
Requirements include current Physical Therapy licensure in the state, a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. CPR certification is preferred.
