Renton Assured Home Health, part of LHC Group within the Optum family, seeks a Physical Therapist in Home Health to assess and plan patient care needs, and to deliver interventions that improve function and quality of life.
This full-time role requires Washington PT licensure, a valid driver's license, and CPR preferred; compensation includes a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Home-based care with flexible scheduling.
