Job description
UnitedHealth Group's Assured Home Health, part of LHC Group and the Optum family, is seeking a Physical Therapist in Home Health to assess functional status, mobility, endurance, and pain, then develop and implement a treatment plan with the care team.
The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying applicants and a pay range of $110,000 to $157,259 annually. WA licensure and a valid driver's license are required; CPR certification is preferred.
