Job description
UnitedHealth Group's VNA of Maryland seeks a Physical Therapist for Home Health to evaluate patients, plan and implement treatment, and monitor progress. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize mobility, reduce pain, and restore function in a home-based setting.
The role requires active state licensure, a valid driver's license, and vehicle access. CPR certification is preferred and may be completed within 90 days of hire.
