Job description
Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home rehabilitation services to elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will follow treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and use of assistive devices to improve strength, balance, and functional independence. You will document patient progress, communicate changes to the care team, educate patients and families, and support safety and compliance standards.
