Job description
Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver home and community-based rehabilitation services. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and provide mobility training to help seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe and independent at home. You’ll document progress, educate clients and caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
