Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for Centralia Assured Home Health in Washington to support patients at home under a supervising PT. You will perform treatment, provide exercise instruction and patient education per the established plan of care.
Responsibilities include following state laws, guiding patients in exercises, documenting responses, coordinating care with the health team, and teaching patients and families about therapy within scope.
