Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this home and community-based role, you’ll implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and safety to help clients remain independent at home. Responsibilities include following individualized care plans, documenting progress, educating clients and caregivers, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
