Job description
Addus Family Company is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home therapy services to elderly and chronically ill clients. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, assist with mobility and strength exercises, monitor patient progress, and document care in accordance with quality and compliance standards. You’ll collaborate closely with caregivers and clinical staff to support safe, independent living at home while demonstrating compassion, respect, and strong communication with patients and families.
