Job description
Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support home and community-based care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver in‑home therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions to help clients remain safe and independent. You’ll follow established care plans, monitor progress, document visits, and communicate changes to the care team.
