Job description

UnitedHealth Group’s Assured Home Health seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients in their homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will provide treatment, exercise instruction, and education to improve patients' well-being while following the established plan of care.

You will travel to patient homes, guide active and passive exercises, and collaborate with the care team to tailor interventions for each individual.
