Job description
Addus Family company is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support our mission of helping clients remain safely and independently at home. In this role, you will deliver prescribed therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You’ll visit clients in home and community settings, monitor progress, document outcomes, and educate patients and caregivers on safe techniques.
