Job description
Addus Family Company is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this home and community-based role, you will provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients improve mobility, function, and safety so they can remain independent at home. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, educating clients and caregivers, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
