Job description
Addus Family Company seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality, in-home rehabilitation services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. In this role, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans to improve client mobility, strength, balance, and safety, helping seniors and individuals with disabilities remain independent at home. You will provide hands-on care, monitor and document progress, educate clients and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques, and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team.
