Job description
Addus Family Company seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home rehabilitative care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and provide mobility and safety training to help clients remain independent at home. You’ll document progress, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate clients and caregivers.
