Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Location: Wayne, Detroit, Canton, Monroe, and Romulus, MIJoin one of the most progressive rehabilitation teams in Michigan. Our mission is to revolutionize healthcare by putting Physical Therapy first—improving outcomes and reducing pain while saving patients time and money.The OpportunityAs a Home Health PTA, you will work directly with patients in their homes, playing a critical role in restoring mobility and enhancing quality of life under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You should be:Confident, reliable, and resourceful.An excellent communicator who connects with patients personally.Independent yet capable of collaborating within a supportive team.Essential QualificationsLicensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the State of Michigan.Home Health experience preferred (but not required).Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Ability to travel to patient homes within the assigned service area (Wayne, Detroit, Canton, Monroe, Romulus).Strong documentation and time management skills.Core CompetenciesEmpathy and compassion for patients in recovery.Ability to motivate patients through treatment plans.Focus on evidence-based practice and critical thinking.Professionalism and superior listening skills.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.Provide skilled interventions (mobility, strength, balance) in patient homes.Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.Accurately document progress and communicate status with the healthcare team.Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical guidelines.About Our CultureWe are a nationally recognized, cutting-edge organization looking for someone to join our professional family.
