Job description
Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support home-based rehabilitation for seniors and individuals with disabilities. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, providing hands-on care to improve strength, mobility, and safety in the home. You will observe and document patient progress, educate clients and caregivers on exercises and equipment use, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
