Job description
Addus Family company seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Working under a licensed PT, you’ll implement treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, support gait and balance training, and educate clients and families to promote safety and independence. You’ll document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and travel to client homes.
