Job description
Addus Family Company seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients in home and community settings. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver prescribed therapeutic exercises and treatments, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes. You’ll educate patients and caregivers on home programs that promote safety, mobility, and independence.
