Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Join Corus Home Health in Albuquerque, where your skills help patients heal at home, regain independence, and stay connected to the life they love. As part of a collaborative, tight-knit team, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the Albuquerque metro and surrounding counties.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide in-home physical therapy treatments as delegated by a licensed Physical TherapistSupport individualized care plans and track patient progress toward functional goalsEducate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and home safetyCommunicate observations clearly with supervising PT and interdisciplinary teamDocument all visits and care provided in accordance with agency and regulatory standardsTravel to patient homes throughout the service area (mileage reimbursed)Participate in team meetings, care planning, and ongoing educationUphold agency standards for compassionate, respectful, and compliant careWhat We're Looking ForLicensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of New MexicoExperience in home health preferred, but not required — mentoring is availableStrong communication and time management skillsComfort working independently in patient homesCommitment to safety, quality, and patient dignityValid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportationAt Corus Home Health, we're proud to bring healing home — and to do it with heart.
