Job description
Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality home and community-based rehabilitative care. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, supporting elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients to improve mobility, safety, and independence in their homes. You’ll perform therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, document outcomes, and educate clients and caregivers.
