Job description
Shands HomeCare in Gainesville, FL seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one home-based therapy with clinical autonomy under the Rehab Director.
You will conduct evaluations, develop plans, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with a collaborative homecare team. Frequent travel to patient homes is required; mileage reimbursement provided.
