Job description
Adventist Health in Tillamook, OR is seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our interdisciplinary care team. The role focuses on conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy using established protocols in collaboration with other clinicians.
The candidate must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or foreign equivalent, be licensed in applicable states, and maintain CPR/BLS certification.
