Job description
AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health to evaluate and treat patients in the Southeast Houston area, including Pearland.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document care, and manage a caseload per agency productivity standards. The position requires a Master’s degree in physical therapy, CAPTE-credited program, and a Texas license, plus CPR certification and a valid driver’s license for travel to multiple locations.
