Position: Home Health Physical Therapist (Contract). Coverage Area: Apple Valley, CA (within a 10-mile radius from your home). Job Type: Contract.

Position Requirements
Active California Physical Therapist license .
Current CPR certification .
Physical exam within the past year.
Negative TB test .
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
Your Role
Provide in-home physical therapy for patients recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions.
Focus on balance, strength, range of motion, home safety, and equipment assessments .
Conduct 45-minute sessions , typically 2–3 visits per patient per week .
Use user-friendly software to document sessions and track progress.
Handle a caseload of 1 to 7 patients weekly , depending on your availability.
