Job description
Omega Home Health Care Services, Inc. seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and provide prescribed therapy in coordination with attending physicians. The PT maintains documentation, conducts tests, and develops plans of care to improve patient function.
The ideal candidate holds a CA license, has CPR, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of institutional experience. Home visits and patient education are core responsibilities in this role.
