Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for home health visits in Falls Church, VA. This PT role can be PRN, Part‑Time, or Full‑Time, serving adult and geriatric clients in Loudoun County area in designated territories.
You will join a multi‑disciplinary team to provide rehabilitative care, document care, and educate clients and families to promote safety and independent living at home.
