Job description
Interim HealthCare of Madison is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) in Wisconsin to deliver patient-centered therapy in a home setting. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement the plan of care, monitor progress and adjust treatments as patients regain mobility and function.
The ideal candidate holds a Wisconsin PT license, CPR certification, and 1+ year of PT experience, preferably in home care.
