Job description
Compassus in partnership with OhioHealth at Home seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes across the Southwest Columbus region. This role focuses on improving mobility and independence through individualized plans and hands-on therapy.
You'll work one-on-one with patients, coordinate with families and care teams, and help patients achieve daily living goals while balancing a flexible schedule and competitive compensation and benefits.
