Job description
Mercy Health Home Care by Compassus seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver in-home therapy, assessing and improving mobility, balance, and functional independence. You will work with patients in their homes to support their ability to live independently and participate in daily activities.
The role requires a BS in Physical Therapy, an active PT license, and at least two years of PT experience in acute or rehab settings; driver’s license and CPR are required.
