Job description
Essentia Health's St Marys Hospital in Detroit Lakes, MN seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient home-based services in Detroit Lakes and Fosston, MN.
You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and handle documentation, scheduling, and compliance.
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm with flexible scheduling; no weekends or on-call.
