Job description
Dynamicare Home Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Santa Clara County. You will initiate and oversee a physical therapy program in the home, guiding patients and their families toward recovery.
The ideal candidate works well independently and within a team, maintains a positive attitude, and follows established PT guidelines. A current state license and CPR certification are required.
