Job description
Intermountain Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Home Health Mesquite, Nevada team. You will screen, diagnose, and treat injuries using PT modalities and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with care teams to deliver patient-centered outcomes.
New graduates are welcome, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates and a comprehensive benefits package. The role offers 40 hours per week with occasional holiday or weekend coverage as patient needs require.
