Job description
Complete Home Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-home rehabilitation services across Florida. You will assess patients, develop and adjust plans of care, and collaborate with families and care teams to restore or maintain function.
Responsibilities include implementing PT treatment, documenting progress, and ensuring safety and infection control in home settings. A valid PT license and access to reliable transportation are required.
