Job description
Amedisys is seeking a Physical Therapist for full-time daytime hours to serve patients in home health across Omaha. The role focuses on maintaining, restoring, and improving movement and functional activity in a home setting.
Responsibilities include ongoing interventions, periodic reexaminations (every 30 days or sooner as needed), discharge planning, and collaboration with care teams. Current state PT license and CPR certification are required, with CAPTE accreditation for the program.
